The short version? This is some of the best food I've had the privilege of experiencing in my life. I recommend this place highly. The longer version? Aman's is a family business, owned and operated by one of the kindest and most generous families I've ever known. Their kitchen is immaculate and each dish from tandoori to naan to curry is made from scratch. There's no vat of curry in the back, there's no premade naan or tandoori just sitting under a heat lamp waiting to be ordered. Every single thing you order is made fresh and to your specifications. Tipping policy. We agree the food and atmosphere are well above standard. Our issue is the tipping policy. The way I read the policy printed on the menu is the management collects the 20-25% which in turn they add to revenue. They then are able to pay a “living wage”. This is not why I “tip”. I tip based on the service rendered. The other night our service for two was not 20%. Yes we have to take into account kitchen delays but n an upscale restaurant you expect higher quality service, our server was obviously new, they were not aware of several menu items and a few other things. We understand and they will learn, but should they receive the same “bump” in their pay that an experienced serve...
Our family has been enjoying Aman’s cuisine for several years now and leave every time even more impressed than the last. The owners make you feel like family and have the warmest/humblest energy. The food is spectacular, consistent, and has countless options for vegetarians and people with gluten intolerance- without sacrificing the delicious taste. Their meats are also extremely flavorful and tender. Options for everyone’s tastes and we all leave fully satisfied. The atmosphere and service are also unmatched in the Lehigh Valley. We highly recommend Aman’s and already can’t wait to return!
we took us during the quarantine for the whole family. each dish was delicious and the seasoned were exactly right for the mild, medium and spicy options we got for various dishes. it is high-end food to be combined with a high-end eating experience, so the bill had a bit sticky shock for the exit. I can't expect to visit personally to get the full experience. eating was really great, but I wish the portions were a little bigger. 6 dishes plus a few orders from naan and rice that we were made at home were completely polished by 6 adults who could probably have eaten more.

I went to aman’s in september 2020 when I was looking for vegan food. aman’s is located in the central part of his city, easton and when they go to the restaurant, it is easy to notice how much thought went into the inner and how wonderful the service is. the workers were friendly, and the vegan options were easy to choose from the menu. this restaurant is not my first choice for vegan style Indian food, due to something I find out about its food quality, but it is worth going at least once.
A must visit for any Vegan interested in Indian Cuisine. Super friendly service. Very knowledgeable staff. The food is delicious. Many Vegan options available. I was visiting Crayola factory with my family and came here for a meal. We tried Amman’s Appetizer Sampler, hot and sour soup to start. Amazing. The Vegetable Madras Curry and Chick’n Karahi were so very good. We had them with basmati and Jeera rice. Also delicious. Don’t pass up the Puri (puff bread).
Tonight was my first time trying Indian food and I knew it had to be Aman's. The atmosphere was was chic, nice, and stylish. The food was incredible with excellent flavor, spices, and came out steaming hot. The garlic and cheese nan was to die for. We all had chicken dishes and shared them and they all had a different herb/spice base but were all phenomenal. I should have taken photos of all the food, that's my bad. Highly recommend Amans!
I’ve gotten take out from Aman’s many times and they are easily one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been to. I get their chicken korma, basmati rice, garlic naan and mango chutney. Their food has always been consistent in quality and taste. It’s a little pricey but well worth it for how great the food is.

Went to Aman's for the first time and absolutely loved it. The food was incredible- we ordered several appetizers and different meals to share amongst our part of four. Everything was delicious. The service was impeccable. We can't wait to go back.
