The store itself is clean and reasonably well-stocked, so I’ll give it that much. However, my experience quickly turned sour again when I grabbed a Sunkist and found it was flat. I understand that these things happen, so I approached an employee and asked if I could exchange it for another drink. He agreed and told me we wouldn't be charged, so I opted for a fountain orange soda instead, which was a significant improvement.
However, after leaving the store and checking the receipt an hour later, we discovered that we were charged for the flat Sunkist, even though it was supposed to be removed. While we managed to get a refund through Amazon, that’s not really the point. If I have to visit...
Aggressive and rude Amazon go employee, instead of customer obsession it was customer aggression. Your only job is to help the customer with the technology and if there seems to be a problem rather than yelling or rudely barking, maybe be kind and have patience. It’s your job, your only job!
Popped into this tiny Amazon Go Store and it's pretty cool! Two aisles packed with snacks, drinks and some solid hot food options like falafel and breakfast burritos. Plus, they've got coffee! It's not your full-blown grocery stop, but for a quick grab-and-go? Spot on
This store is fantastic! I love the technology; it's so convenient. I can quickly grab what I need and be on my way. It's truly impressive. Additionally, the quality of the products is excellent!

Absolutely awesome! The instructions were easy to follow, and there was a lot of variety to choose from. I have no complaints! Now, I just need to find the receipt to get reimbursed at work.
Took my kids for the first time. They loved it! Walked in, checked out the offerings, made decisions, scanned the code in my app... walked out! Easy Peasy.
Watch out for the pathetic THIEVES CON ARTISTS that will follow you inside and get a million items and YOU get charged for it!!!!
