So this is inside the hotel and you can also order room service they will bring your food right up to your door! It is on the pricey side! Although the food was ok when we had a takeaway we had issues here . First morning breakfast was finished at 2 mins to 11. Which is fair enough but a little flexibility would have been nice. Second visit we were told due to staffing we could not sit at the bar and have a drink and the bar was closed. It seems incredible a hotel the size of Knott's Berry farm has no bar service. When we raised it at the front desk they were unaware the bar was closed. We've hit several of the Southland tourist hotspots in the last week. This was the best meal we've had on this trip. Way better than the $101 pizza in Avalon and the $300 Mexican catering we had inland. The portions were generous and the flavors were both down-home comfort food and new, flavorful and unexpected. Had a really good experience at this restaurant! Visiting Knotts for a family members birthday, and after a long day and had checked in the Knotts Berry Hotel, we came here to eat. Kevin was an amazing server and gave my family and I the best service! I ordered the Italian Penne Pasta, and the others ordered the classic burger, chipotle sliders, and rib tips with fries. Really fresh and quick! I would recommend this if youre staying at the hotel since it is in the lobby.

It was very nice to go to a place in a theme park hotel and not spend my whole budget. Pros: Service I have never been to a restaurant where my main server, went to break and a new server took over and introduced themselves. Normal you just don't see a server during that time. Food Pizza was very good. Cons: It was cold, we were right under a vent. This was my only con.
Had dinner at amber waves and enjoyed the food, Worst breakfast buffet ive ever had. I booked the knotts berry farm hotel for the buffet and the biscuits and gravy tasted like moldy cheese, everything else was soggy or cold. The hashbrowns where like rubber tires... will not be back to this for breakfast. Very disappointed.
I've lived by here for decades and never got to try it. The wait staff was nice, attentive. The salad tasted very fresh, the steaked was cooked to my liking(rare) potatoes were nummy and the steamed veggies were delightful, and the price was alright. I'd go again.
We recently had dinner here and the food was great! The pepperoni pizza was really good and the chipotle boysenberry chicken sandwich was delicious! Hope the quality of everything stays after the remodel. Definitely the best food at Knott’s.

The breakfast was okay and considering $21 per person, not much options in the buffet. In dinner, the tortilla soup and vegetarian fajitas was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The portion size needs improvement.
Service was okay they kept messing up our drinks the food was okay but it was cold but they were quick when I asked for the check I think McDonald's would've been better
