The restaurants open on Sunday are not so many in Tarbes. A good occasion today to have lunch in the 'Ambroisie' that we only knew of (good) reputation. Nice environment, quiet room. The service is assured with attention and kindness on a adapted rhythm: it's Sunday. Very nice kitchen to watch and taste. We have chosen a formula with agreement of dishes and wines: the sommelier makes us share some good ideas, while twisting the neck to some ideas received. Bravo.
