The atmosphere at Amedeo's Italian Restaurant was quite different from what I expected for a sports-themed place. We sat in one of the small booths and received excellent service right after being seated. I really enjoyed the Pack Pasta, and my friend’s Aubergine Parmesan was also very tasty. We were pleasantly surprised to find a cannoli on the dessert menu and decided to try it. Extra star because I didn?t go to State and I guess the memorabilia and historical thing is cool. Another bonus star because COVID sucks and I appreciate all restaurants for grinding it out. However, on food alone, one star. Just underwhelming andoverpriced food both times I have had it. Felt like there wasn?t any passion or care behind the cooking. The $7 cheese bread wasreally just a slice of cheese on a slice of Italian bread. I guess technically they?re not lying but I mean just look at thepicture.
Amedeo's Italian Restaurant offers a typical Italian menu with nothing particularly outstanding. I tried the pasta, which was beautifully presented but lacked flavor. The grilled Cajun chicken breast mixed with broccoli and Alfredo sauce tasted disappointing—the Alfredo sauce seemed store-bought, and the Cajun chicken lacked any real seasoning or spice. On a positive note, the server was attentive, frequently checking in and refilling drinks.

Good service and decent food. The meat calzone was a bit too salty for my taste. The bread served was milk bread. We ordered Calamari, Meat Calzone, Meat Lasagne, Cheese Lasagne, Meatball Spaghetti, Club Sandwich, and Chicken Alfredo. Aside from the slightly salty calzone and the somewhat bland Chicken Alfredo, everything else was enjoyable.
This was our first time dining at Amedeo's Italian Restaurant. My wife and I began with the Calamari appetizer, which was incredibly tasty. Our server was attentive and offered helpful suggestions when we were unsure of what to order. I highly recommend Amedeo's and look forward to returning soon.
Good service, decent food. My meat calzone is a bit too salty. Bread is milk bread. We ordered calamari, meat calzone, meat lasagna, cheese lasagna, meatballs spaghetti, club sandwich, chicken Alfredo. Except the calzone a bit salty, chicken Alfredo abit bland, everything else was good.
Waiter was amazing. Tables are kinda small but very romantic setting for couples and great for families too. Food was delicious. A great go to spot after work or just small intimate dining. I highly recommend this spot if you are on the west end of Raleigh NC.

This was our first visit to Amedeo's. My wife and I started off with the calamari appetizer. It was absolutely delicious. Our server was attentive and gave recommendations when we were undecided. I would recommend Amedeo's and I'm looking at going backsoon.
