Vor allem das Steak auf dem heißen Stein schmeckt einfach bombastisch! Also für uns ist es das beste Steakhaus mit dem besten Steak in ganz Cottbus! Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mehr als gut! Vorher bekommt man auch eine Schale Oliven mit Brot gereicht und nach dem Essen gibt es wahlweise einen Ammaretto, Grappa oder Espresso gratis dazu.

Zunächst störte uns die Bahnhofsatmosphäre. Es war laut, zu offen und die Spielecke war mitten im Restaurant! Wir hatten die Grillplatte für 2 Personen. Von den 4 Fleischsorten waren Rind und Schwein weit über den Punkt, die Pute war ok und lediglich das Lamm richtig gut! Das ist für ein Steakhouse wohl nicht akzeptabel! Die Bedienung war freundlich, wirkte aber auf uns nicht sehr interessiert.

Das Essen war absolut wunderbar, von der Vorbereitung bis zur Präsentation, sehr erfreulich. Wir genossen vor allem die speziellen Bar Getränke, die Gurke / Koriander infundiert Wodka Martini und die K & P Aquarium war toll (auch Fotos gemacht und so konnten wir versuchen, zu Hause zu replizieren).

Das Amedo Steakhaus gehört für mich zu den besten Adressen in Cottbus. Bezahlbares ehrliches Essen und preiswerter guter Wein ,da verweilen wir gern öfters . Das Beste sind aber die Steaks die bis jetzt immer perfekt auf den Punkt gegart waren
