10 9 18 Wings had Lemon Pepper wet, Honey Hot, and Hot wings; large fry; and 2 liter of Sprite. Not too crowded, but quite full and all were satisfied. Great service from behind the counter and the cooks as well. They all made sure we were taken care of. The food came out in good time, and was hot and fresh. All American Deli's aren't the same, from the service to the size of the wings, to the containers they are placed in. I enjoy this location over other one's, since before my go to wing place was Atlanta's Best Wings on Memorial Drive. 8 27 18 Decided on some wings while out, and over this way. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude, and my order was incorrect. I had to wait over 10 minutes to get my food, even though there was no line. When I finally got to the counter, the young woman informed me that she could no longer take certain orders, even though I had arrived before the cutoff. She also didn’t pay attention to how I had requested my order. I suggest we choose a different restaurant next time. Don't waste your time here. Normally, I can be understanding, but this could have been easily resolved. I hope they consider having different staff in the future!
This might the slowest American deli in the history of American deli’s. You order over the phone and it’s always told to you that your order will be ready in 10-15 minutes; I’ve arrived in 10 mins, 15 mins and 20 mins ; still have to wait an additional 10-15 mins waiting on food. I’m at work too !!! Hence the reason I called in the order; going spend my whole lunch break in here waiting. Do not and mean do not visit this location on lunch break
I ordered 10 pieces, but only 3 were acceptable; most of them were flat. The honey garlic flavor was disappointing. I still ordered the 10 pieces to take home, but the cook said he couldn't fulfill all the orders. What? Yet, he managed a large order of over 100 pieces. I definitely won't be returning. Extremely slow if you order anything on the grill expect to wait 25-30min. Noticed employee scratching hair with gloves hand then handling food. This behavior is fairly consistent with what is noted on the last health inspection. 11/28/2022. Wood tables are sticky.Food: 3/5
The wings, sauce, and fries are fantastic, but the chefs really need a lesson on how to make fried rice. The fried rice had mushrooms and other vegetables mixed in, but it ended up being quite mushy. I wouldn’t recommend ordering the rice if you decide to visit.
Every time we go here it?s so slow. The establishment usually has panhandlers outside...just ghetto. The food is good but the poor customer service and presentation always makes me feel like not going back.
Don?t let the outside fool you. This food is good as heck!!!! I?m full. I can?t move. Get me a bed. My salad was fresh and made with love. My mild wings...great size and fried to my expectations. Book a table now
If I could give a 0 star I would. No respect for the person already in line to pick up a call in order just keeps taking people in front of you. The fries not done and my fish was cooked to long.
