American Deli - Table reservation

I only used the drive-thru at this restaurant. The cashier convinced me to buy more than I wanted, but my order was still incorrect. Instead of chicken, they gave me a beef sub, which I am allergic to. I tried calling for three days in a row, but the mailbox was always full. I contacted American Deli Customer Service via email, but they just asked for a copy of my receipt and did not resolve the issue. Since I live approximately 50 miles away from the restaurant, I visited in person today to see if they would fix the mistake. I have tried several items from this deli. I keep coming back for their fast and reasonably priced cheesesteak. The quality of the meat and cheese is good. The fries and bread are also tasty. Although I wouldn't call it the best cheesesteak in town, I would say it is the best option for its speed and pricing. Despite there being five people in line at the drive-thru, it still moved quicker than I anticipated. I will definitely be returning!

The food at this restaurant was terrible. Even the drink was not good. I was served old, overcooked fish cooked in old grease. I requested lemon pepper seasoning, but ended up with lemon pepper wings which were extremely salty. I had to drink a lot of water afterwards. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The drinks I received tasted like soap and were impossible to consume. Despite repeated attempts to call and inform them, they did not answer the phone.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is fantastic - the salads are amazing and the wings are delicious.
