I had first given this place 4 stars and had to remove after new experience. I've been here for 5 years and decided to stop immediately for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! You also tend to exchange the PHONE OFFLINE (UNPLUG) to avoid placing orders before payment and pickup.
This restaurant is well-organized with quick service, and they really excel at taking phone orders, unlike other locations. I always prefer this place over the one on Moreland Ave. I ordered a large roasted chicken salad and a small fry, and it was fantastic!
I'm usually impressed, but they had me waiting for 15 minutes and my food was sitting on the counter. The cashier took my payment and went over her business. I always have time to get my food (10-15 minutes is the quote). My time is also important!
Wow, my first visit here was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the chicken wings were just the way I like them—crispy. I ordered the 6-piece wing combo, and the price was reasonable. I’d definitely give this place a 10/10 and will be back! Book a table now
The restaurant is clean, offers delicious food, has a great location, and provides excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, and while prices can be a bit high, the overall experience is definitely worth it.
Sweetheart, my first time here and the service was great and the chicken cheeks were like me? crispy. I have the 6 pieces wing combo and price decent. I'll give 10/10 back there!
One reason not to like this place does not seem to be found. Same good quality every time I'm in the area to grab rice and chicken wings.
