America's Worst Wings!!! My simple order is never made properly, but this last time was the final straw. My food was extremely dry, hard, and tasted old like it was there all day. The cleanliness of the kitchen staff is extremely concerning. They don't use gloves or wash their hands. Having previously worked here, I can assure you that the food preparation is unsanitary and quite reckless. For instance, when handling raw chicken, it is placed on a poorly cleaned surface and cut without any gloves. When dipping whole wings or chicken tenders into the batter, the workers use their bare hands, contaminating the batter in the process. Additionally, they often take breaks to use their phones, scratch themselves, and handle unsanitary items, only to return to food preparation without washing their hands. When I asked to speak with the manager, the staff claimed that wasn't our order, and the girl had a disrespectful attitude. Although the manager offered to correct our order, I was hesitant to accept it after witnessing the service. I requested a full refund instead. During my conversation with the manager, the cashier was speaking to someone with her AirPods, explaining that I was upset because the person she was training got my order wrong.

Horrible food, I ordered wings and fries and the wings are HARD as a rock. The fries are nasty greasy and cold. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND A DIME INTHIS PLACE!! My boyfriend and I visited the restaurant and ordered three servings of wings. Unfortunately, they were barely coated in sauce or seasoning. My garlic Parmesan wings were overcooked to the extent that I lost my appetite for them. They didn’t even taste fresh. I was really disappointed and would not consider ordering food from there again.
Never make my food like I ask. Then wanna argue with me when I come into pick up and bring up that’s it’s not how I asked. It clearly says on the receipt how I want to done. Then say I should tip them. I’ll tip y’all when you start making my order correctly!
Ordered food and waited inside, saw the male cashier cough in a bag before he bagged the items. He also rubbed his nose. Didn't even bother to wash his hands. Needless to say I needed my funds back immediately.
The fish I ordered was dry and unappetizing, the French fries were soggy, and the only thing that tasted good was the five (presumably the rating or perhaps a specific item).
