Gartenstadtbahn is one of my favorite places, primarily because of the friendly staff. They have great music, and I always enjoy playing here. John, who works at the reception, is incredibly sweet and welcoming. He really knows how to create a positive atmosphere. We simply wanted to borrow some games, but he not only helped us choose them but also greeted us warmly and assisted us with the drinks menu, bringing our drinks to us as well. His passion for helping others and ensuring everyone has a great time truly shines through, which makes customers feel happy and valued. The staff was slow, and the lanes 43 and 44 were frequently disrupted. We experienced long waits for assistance on lanes that weren't functioning properly. When we asked if our party could clean the table, the personnel were rude. Upon asking again about having the table cleaned, the older male staff member responded with an unpleasant attitude. They seemed to prioritize serving the lanes instead of attending to customer needs.
This is a beautiful venue for celebrating birthday parties or simply spending time with friends. My host, Brianna, was fantastic—she was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!
Place in under renovation right now. I'm sure they're as good as Bowlero in Mineola. Just when I went..the lanes weren't oiled properly. So wasn't worth the fun for the night. Definitely is 2 less than Bowlero though.
