After placing my order for takeout, I was informed that my request for pepper flakes on the side could not be accommodated because there was an extra charge for that. The service quality at this restaurant has declined in recent years, and being told that I couldn't have it because I didn't pay for it is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
