After enjoying the now-closed Dublin location for many years, we have tried the Danville location several times. The last time my son and his mother went there, my son's chair broke, throwing him to the floor. Nothing was offered by the restaurant to compensate for his pain and humiliation. He was sore for days afterwards. Tonight we tried again during their 20% off happy hour, only to be told that we needed to ask for the ADVERTIZED discount BEFORE we ordered (this is NOT mentioned on the website). I’ve always been a fan of Amici’s. Yesterday, I ordered delivery, and unfortunately, a couple of the pizzas arrived burnt. I called the store to report it, and a man who sounded like the manager answered. He assured me he would send out fresh pizzas immediately. When the new pizzas arrived, he even included two slices of cake. I was having a tough day, and that thoughtful gesture really touched me. I just wanted to express my gratitude. The customer service was excellent, and the food is always great!
It blows my mind to see Indians serving me pizza. But I'll get over it. The pizza is delicious NY style, and everything else on the menu is really good. Special mention to the chilled broccoli with olive oil and lemon juice; it's healthy AND tasty. The service couldn't be better; it's attentive without being intrusive. The only thing I would change is getting rid of some of TV's playing non-stop sporting events.
walked in, it was nice and quiet. no overbearing music. our waitress was outstanding. wish I would've gotten her name so I could shout her out on here but she was awesome.pizza was great just as always. wings were even more amazing. Caesar dressing wasn't that great. seemed broken and not emulsified enough. but still overall amazing.we love amicis.

The service was quick and the pizzas were good. But something was off with the Alfredo pasta that I ordered as the cheese was smelling bad and the sauce was very runny. I took two bites and sent it back cause I did not want to take a chance. Turns out I got food poisoning from that. The soup we ordered also smelt weird.
This restaurant serves cold pizza that isn't freshly baked when you place a pick-up order. Are we expected to ask specifically for a fresh one? Additionally, the staff should be more courteous and remember to thank customers.
My favorite pizza place by far! The pizza is so delicious that I can easily eat a large one on my own. My friend and I do think it’s a bit on the salty side, but it’s still a great choice.

I ordered mini chicken pizza and lemon wings. The pizza was really crispy and crunchy. Wings were good too .
