I've been here twice, and my experiences have been disappointing. During my first visit, the waitstaff struggled to explain many of the menu items. When I finally chose something that sounded appealing, they got my order wrong. On my second visit, my wife ordered a quesadilla, but what she received was a single folded, uncut tortilla filled with shredded chicken and Velveeta cheese. When we mentioned our dissatisfaction, the staff told us that this was the traditional way Mexicans make quesadillas. Additionally, we were charged an extra 5% service fee for using a credit card. Overall, I was not impressed.
