This would be a 1 star review if it wasn't for Don, and I haven't even eaten the food yet. Don accepted my money at the window and handed me my food. He was polite, friendly and is doing a great job. The other employee, Blake or Blaze or something, was the most miserable person I've encountered in a while. He clearly hates talking to customers, and I can assure you his customers hate talking to him. He is giving service industry workers like Don (who are the majority) a bad name.
The lettuce in the soft tacos is consistently soggy and unappetizing, while I've found it to be fresh and crisp at other locations. Additionally, I often experience issues with my order, as items I've paid for—like sides, dressings, utensils, and napkins—are frequently missing from the bag. There have even been times when my entire order is incorrect. Overall, this particular location falls short compared to other ones in town.
Lettuce is always soggy and gross in the soft tacos. Other locations it's fresh and crisp. Also, items I get charged for get missed and not placed in bag like sides, dressings, utensils and napkins. Sometimes I don't get what was ordered.This specificlocation isn't that great compared to other ones in town.
Absolutely amazing! This is the second time this month we've enjoyed The Works nachos at Amigos/Kings Classic, and we are really impressed with the portion size! We noticed the manager was training a new employee, and he was doing an excellent job. We've definitely found a fantastic place to dine! Book a table now
I placed a sizable order for six people at the start of lunchtime, and everything was perfect. All six meals were served hot, delicious, and exactly as requested. Fantastic job!
Very much like their build it burritos and cheesy burritos, though usually breakfast has always been wrong orders or too much egg, otherwise Lunch and Dinner r good ?
