Went for lunch on a weekday recently discovered that even though the name said carryout, they have at least 10 table seating inside! They do have a very $20 minimum price though if you do choose to eat in so carry out may make more sense fr just one person. Their service was decent and fast. The interiors were very dated and sorry looking but don't let that deceive you their curries are authentic and flavored amazingly at least their Chicken tikka masala and Ginger Kadai were amazing. I was driving around Newport and pulled over to look at my phone to find a hotel . I notice an Indian restaurant across the street . I also notice how busy they are with people picking up Food . I?m hungry and love Indian food so I go in . Not sure if they were just carry out or not . They have a smaller dining room so I eat in . I had the lamb and shrimp curry spiced 8 out of 10 . It was served with some of the best nan I have ever had. The lamb was tender and the shrimp good too. The owner and the girl that served me asked me multiple times if I needed anything and if I liked the food . This place is good . Can?t wait till I go back .
OMG, The most authentic Indian cuisine your Pallet, could even imagine ! The service is above and beyond! Whether you?re dining in or Picking up or using any of the numerous delivery platforms,Be bold try new things, and it?s OK to ask questions to learn more of the spices and the meals and how they?re prepared. But definitely be prepared for a delicious meal regardless of what you order! Their specialty beers are somewhat pricey like $10 per beer but worth every cent! I love this place!

They'll ask you how spicy you want an entree on a scale from 1-10. Will come back again, the inside is small and a large group or party may be difficult to host here, but the server and cook were very nice and hospitable.

Service was very good and the food was authentically excellent. This is a small family ownedestablishment and well worth the visit. You can order the food on a heat level of 1 10. The lamb biryani is incredible. The tikka masala was delicious (we do wish the chicken was in chunks as opposed to shredded but it tasted so good for us to actually care). Chicken pakora (huge pieces of chicken) and garlic naan was also amazing!

I was extremely pleased with the food quality and appearance. The vibes here were amazing too-as well as very welcoming. This is such a cozy and quaint spot. I always love the vibes in Newport area though. Great people and great times.
