I would like to thank all the people working there for being so cheerful, welcoming and pleasant! I went there for my friend’s birthday lunch. She got a free meal on her birthday. The waitresses were very nice and cheerful helped us plan a birthday surprise cake cutting for her. They sang happy birthday to her and brought candles for our cake. Food was awesome! Highly recommend this place for their great customer service, food.. breakfast!!! Huge shout out to all the waitresses working over there! Thank you once again!
Fantastic Breakfast Experience! Ordered the Salmon Benny and 3 of the kids meals. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, assisted in finding something everyone would like. All the meals were a hit! The Poffertjes were outstanding and are highly recommended! We shall return to the Amsterdam Restaurant in the near future as there are other Benedicts that I will have to try.
Just left the best waffle crepe house in Kamloops. The waitress Paige was chippy and provided a terrific reccomendation that I must share. A generous plate sized crepe infused with Grand Marnier glazed banana and lightly toasted pecans surrounding creamy scoop of vanilla ice cream.would I go again? Hey I didn't want to even leave 5+The plus is for Paige!
I was looking for a place to brunch with my family on vacation and found that the amsterdam had some vegan options for me and my children. skillet was very good and the children inhaled their strawberry pannekoeks. I wish there would be more option in plant-based milk for my coffee, but overall was very good Book a table now

Who would have thought that it's easier to find a gluten-free pannekoek in Kamloops than it is in Amsterdam? Amsterdam Restaurant serves up gluten-free waffles and dutch pancakes that are delicious and is everything you need to satisfy the sweet/savory craving. Service is fast and friendly.
I ordered the tempeh skillet and absolutely enjoyed it. The restaurant also offers vegan crepes, although I didn't get a chance to try them. The menu is clearly marked with vegan and vegetarian options, and it seems like some of the vegetarian dishes could easily be made vegan as well.
I tried the vegan tempeh breakfast skillet and it was absolutely delicious. It was very satisfying and our server, who I believe was also vegan, and I had a great conversation about tempeh. She even made sure there was no butter on my toast. I would definitely come back again. Book a table now
There are several thoughtfully designed vegan dishes on the menu, not just basic options like oatmeal or fruit salad. My top choice is the tempeh skillet, which is absolutely delicious!
