an excellent address on the saussaye dock at the edge of the loire. a few steps from the city center, the castle and the cathedral, I highly recommend it! very welcoming and warm staff who did not hesitate to recommend good wines from the region (young producers) and make us some good addresses to taste. the board to share and the dishes were delicious.
