My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Andrebar exploring Tegernsee in the glorious sunshine last weekend. I can’t tell you how glad we were to get lunch here. We were seated on a really cute, beach feel, outside terrace and served by a really nice guy...who was super helpful. We both went for burgers and country potatoes. The burgers were out of this world. My Mexico burger was the best burger I’ve ever had and I work and live in Central London, there are a lot of burgers available here. It was huge, when it arrived I wondered how I was going to eat it all but it tasted so good I couldn’t not. The house jalapeño sauce is outrageously good. The wedges were delicious also. Beer and Hugo’s were good...
We went twice in a row in three days it is not just the mouthwatering burgers, the delicious pasta or the drinks, but more so the attentive service of the staff and their great kindness. My elderly mother was with us and when we ordered...a can, we got a high van instead and needed a stool to help her get on. Remained the problem of how she would get off so what did the manager do? He lent the cab drive the stool so that she can use it getting off once we reach the hotel and then return it. We were in awe. This is a place worth going to for the food, the service, the breathtaking views and more importantly for the people running the place
Disrespectful staff, terrible service. We asked if there is a table for answer was a straight „no“ without any mediation. We asked if we could possibly sit on the terrace, „no problem, we turn on the heating“. After we left because nobody bothered...to serve us, there were only tables occupied. Before we left I told the waiter inside that we are leaving, the waiter just disrespectfully turned around walking away mumbling a „thanks“. Probably good enough for tourists, for locals it’s a slap in the face
Great burgers, amazing fries and fabulous prawns. To follow: has to be the traditional pancakes. Very friendly, helpful service. Highly recommend
