I really enjoy going to this location for ice cream, but I've had some troubling experiences. On multiple occasions, I've encountered a heavyset black woman who works there, and she consistently seems to have an attitude when my friends and I order ice cream at the walk-thru window. This has happened several times, leading me to feel that there may be a need for retraining on customer service. I’m not sure if our religious attire is affecting her behavior, but unless this situation improves, my friends and I may have to consider other options. Thank you.
I called today, September 9, at 2:51 PM, to inquire if I could get key lime pie ice cream in a pint. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. When I asked her the price for a quart, she reacted as if my question was a huge inconvenience. I really love the ice cream at this place, but her attitude was so off-putting that I'm now considering not returning. You really need to focus on improving your customer service and ensuring that all staff treat customers respectfully. This experience was quite embarrassing.
Delicious frozen custard! The seating is exclusively outdoors, but there's a wide variety of flavors, including seasonal options. As of early September, they still have the key lime pie custard, which I haven't tried yet, but I'm sure it's amazing. They've also introduced a caramel apple flavor, and I expect more seasonal offerings will be added soon! You can even customize your own custard. There's plenty of parking available, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the weather.
This restaurant is a great spot for a quick and intimate date. It offers ice cream and other treats at very reasonable prices in a charming, street-side setting. There are only two benches for seating, but it's the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The customer service is quick, with a responsive and professional staff, and plenty of team members on hand. I would definitely return time and time again!

Delicious! This is far superior to Culver's. The chocolate custard was rich and creamy with wonderful flavor. I really enjoyed the waffle cone as well. The restaurant also had a very clean and tidy appearance.
This is my favorite custard place. The custard is out of this world. I do the simple mix of chocolate and vanilla in a cup. They have a drive-through or you can eat outside. Definitely recommend this place.
This has to be my new favorite dessert go-to! Each thing I've had was so good it's nice that they're open so late. They are pretty pricey though, but it's great for an occasional treat!

It can be a little pricey for 2 smalls mixed ice creams with like 2 ingredients in each one was like $20 but it was good in flavor
Andy's Custard is the Best ! Prices are reasonable. Maybe Culvers shud consider lowering that $4 single scoop ?
