My husband and I frequent Andy's more often than we'd like to admit, and we've never encountered an issue—until 8/8/25. He ordered his usual, a large double double malt, but it tasted “off.” Thinking it was just him, he asked me to try it, and it was hard to describe; it almost had a burnt plastic flavor.
