The first time I had Andy's Frozen Custard was 2 years ago and it was amazing. Unfortunately for the last 6 months the quality of the customer service and the final product has gone downhill. The young lady who took our order made us feel like we were annoying her. How hard is it to say: Welcome to Andy's Frozen Custard, my name is blank and how can I help you? I ordered a medium Rico Suave Concrete and my wife a small Sundae. My concrete looked terrible, all the toppings were at the bottom, the custard was melted and you can tell it was made in 30 seconds. My wife sundae looked like strawberry soup. The pictures were taken 1 minute after leaving the drive thru and parking in the same center...

Listen. If you have an addictive personality like me, then you are going to come here A LOT. But Seph, it's just ice cream... what could be so great about it? Maybe I'm just lazy, and don't want to take the time to make it from scratch, but having a whole layer of fudge in the center with graham cracker crust chunks and blueberries just hits different at 11 at night. Plus they are super quick. By the time I put my debit card back in my wallet, I have that good good waiting for me when I look back. Do you and the boys a favor and pull up 4 deep on Saturday from a night out and stop by Andy's instead of Mickey D's.

Unpleasant customer service paired with mediocre concrete desserts make for a disappointing visit to Andy's. The custard was average, nothing special. I opted for brownie chunks and Oreo pieces in my chocolate concrete, but unfortunately the Oreos tasted like knockoffs or old, stale cookies. The brownie chunks were more like chocolate cake, lacking fudginess and richness. The concrete itself was already melted by the time we received it, making it soupy and messy. Overall, a mediocre experience that I would not choose to repeat.

Never again. I am a long time fan of Andy’s and this has to be the worst location. I paid over $8 for a medium flavored concrete just to get vanilla custard. No toppings. Nothing. When I mentioned my concern to a woman worker, she went back and forth with me trying to convince me that I wasn’t looking at the ice cream properly. After trying to eat through to the bottom, there was no flavor at all. 0/5 stars for the custard’s lack of flavor and terrible customer service from the woman worker. Book a table now

I ordered a chocolate custard with Heath bar and raspberries at the restaurant. Unfortunately, they were out of chocolate custard. Instead, they offered to mix chocolate syrup into vanilla custard for free to make it chocolate custard. Despite this, I found that the vanilla custard with chocolate swirls that I received did not meet my expectations, especially since I paid $9.93 for it. I was disappointed that it tasted more like vanilla than chocolate.

On our next visit, we ordered the same concrete that my friend had: the cherry basin. This time, though, the cashier rang up the items separately, and both concretes ended up costing $8 each for the medium size. After the previous mix-up, my friend was understandably frustrated and annoyed, so we chose not to confront her at that moment, preferring to reach out to management later. Overall, we consistently have issues at this Andy's location.

The custard was delicious! Only downside was the waffle cone. We both ordered our custard in a waffle cone and we couldn't eat the cone because the taste was so off. Not sure if it was a fluke for that day only or that their waffle cones always taste that way. The custard was so good, we'll go back for more of that! Enjoyed the outside seating despite the over 110 temps due to a great misting feature.

This is simply nuts .. lets put all health/calories/sugar talk aside .. this is a must try for ice cream lovers .. my favourite is the frozen custard with pecan .. ask to double the pecan!! This is amazing .. I kept coming three days in row .. the stuff is friendly .. they even gave me one ice cream on the house as they did one additional by mistake! Book a table now

We love Andy's vast varieties and customization they do to the delicious custard. I love the chocolate custard in a cone on a warm spring day. We then walk around the park a few blocks from Andy's. Great way to end a day, custard a walk.
