The wine recommendations were well adapted to the food and the accommodating service could tell a lot about the origins of Sauvignon Blanc. Matching the 500gr Rumpsteak with selected Pfifferlingen there were even carved frits. The love for preparation could be cost directly. In Dessert we missed the words, perhaps also because of the still iconic, historical and modern institution. Rarely a host experienced so much heart blood in his restaurant. Only recommended! In better weather, even the cloudy beer garden would have been invited to stay. P.S....
