We heard about Anemos in Astoria, NY, all the way up in Montreal, Canada, from friends who attended a party night there. We also checked out the ratings from other visitors on Google. Although it wasn't very busy that night, the house band transported us back to Greece with their song selections. While house bands often face sound issues, the sound technician for this band did an outstanding job. It was a world-class performance, featuring talented, attractive singers and impeccable sound. We will definitely be returning.
Absolutely fantastic! The music and singing were amazing, and the service and food were exceptional! On a Saturday night, the place was packed, and everyone was having a wonderful time. There was great attention to detail, the waitstaff were polite and professional, and the food was top-notch! I’m definitely looking forward to hosting an event there. Plus, valet parking is a nice bonus for that area. Just go to Anemos as soon as you can!
We were pleasantly surprised. We read the reviews on open table. The restaurant is beautiful. The food was excellent and fresh. The service was wonderful. We were there on a Rainy Tuesday night . There were only about five tables filled with people at the bar. They have music on the weekends and it must get very busy. We highly recommend this restaurant.
I recommend this greek restaurant for either dinner or to enjoy drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and attentive. It is convenient to the subway and area shops in Astoria, Queens in New York city. My friend and I had the Seafood Pasta and the Baklava for dessert. Both were delicious!

Overall, it was a positive experience, but there's room for improvement in the service. The music was a bit loud, which caused the waiter to get our order wrong. However, the manager came over to apologize for the mix-up. The food was delicious, and the female singer was excellent.
The mea was delicious. The place itself was beautiful and classy. What left the best impression, however, was George and the entire staff. I went for my mom’s birthday and would definitely go again.
It's really disappointing that residents are being prevented from parking on their own street.
