this restaurant is a pleasant surprise. the map skillfully mimics the traditions of the terroir with more exotic flavours. the common denominator of all these dishes is the passion of the boss for good products and homemade. Angel restaurant is a restaurant as we find less and less where the welcome does not bother with chichi but where everything is done so that the customer spends a delicious moment. for large eaters, know that the shares are very generous. I also saw a very friendly private reception room. In short, for a small gourmet getaway at the gates of Toulouse, we were not disappointed... we even want to go back.
Frankly it's a joke?What was served to me is absolutely unmangeable!!!!! a salad that bathes in 2 liters of water. When in the composition of the salad I couldn't even tell you what was inside. We would have said the result of several remains of the week gathered on a plate! I'm not exaggerating! when I'm not even talking about it so much that it was a shame!!!! I was looking for a restaurant for a family party and I sent an email to the restaurant site. The boss reminds me of the "groups" prize. These menus don't come back to my budget, he gets mad at me, telling me that at him it's real kitchen and he's not a thief. surprise of his reaction and his anger, I tell him and he gets mad all the more and hangs on to me!If something is certain, it's that I'm not risking going to a restaurant where we talk to people like that.

The kitchen is very copyy, creative during the events (mother's head, Valentine's day, waking), and the rates are quite reasonable. The reception of the conservator is memorable! He is passionate about his profession, and loves to share his cuisine and recipes. the campagnard trilogy for big eaters is a must, idem for meat parts!

The dishes of the patron elegantly combine traditional dishes with modernity. Because of the fact house with simplicity accompanied by the original welcome of the Patron/Chef who has always "the right word". a restaurant so as we find it now rarely and especially...Toulouse is only two-wheeled.The price is reasonable which spoils nothing: about 20 € the complete menu (without wine). We'll definitely go back.
evening with friends, everyone has feasted and tasted with delight the dish of others, well balanced and original flavors and for red meat, a very tender and well cooked piece. The plus: the boss offers a real show to him by doing the service..All for a very competitive price, everyone has spent a good evening and every time we go everyone is seduced, really.
We fell a little by chance on this restaurant, we were not disappointed! The boss, quite unique in his kind, has been in little care with us.
