The food was decent, thankfully, but the establishment was not clean. The restroom was particularly unpleasant, and the service left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant being empty and having several servers on duty, we waited at the door for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Once seated, the service was slow and unhelpful. Additionally, the loud nightclub-style music during the day, combined with the blaring tunes from the kitchen, created a chaotic atmosphere.

The food was fantastic, but the service left much to be desired. The wait staff were not very friendly and seemed hesitant to engage with us, making us feel somewhat ignored. Additionally, I'm not a fan of the QR checkout system, which surprisingly adds a processing fee and creates a rather impersonal way to conclude your dining experience. Overall, it was a dine-in dinner experience with mixed reviews.

The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming for families. The wings were definitely the highlight of my visit. The ramen was tasty and packed with flavor. However, I deducted a star because the prices felt high—$17 for a bowl of ramen and $12 for just four wings seems excessive. I also spent an additional $2 for a side of enoki mushrooms, which I’m not sure was worth it.

The food was enjoyable, but the service left a lot to be desired. I get that it was a mistake to charge my friend’s card for the entire bill, but it took an eternity to sort it all out. Now my friend is left without the $85 he initially had for the next few days. We had intended to order more, but it looks like that plan is off! Service rating: Dine-in; Meal type: Dinner. One of the favorites to grab a ramen with chicken broth, this time tried their spicy miso ramen which was not spicy, the chicken in there was lacking flavor and couldn't finish it. But the broth was flavorful. Also, their chicken buns were delicious with crispy chicken and perfectly soft buns it was just perfect. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Used to be really good pre pandemic and we would go regularly but we stopped going once they changed the menu to offer chicken broth based only without the basic Tonkashu based the chicken broth ramen honestly is pretty yucky Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This restaurant consistently offers the best music and has a friendly staff! My favorite dish is the spicy ramen, and the shrimp bao buns are excellent as well. I visit here quite frequently!
