I used to go to Animo at least 3-4x per week, every week. Unfortunately, the customer service has seriously declined over the last 6 months and so has the food preparation. They allow you to order online ahead, however, when you do so they make your order whenever it?s convenient for them, not when you request it be ready for pick up?this means your drink sits there to get warm. They also failed to make the correct $8 drink several times for me and when I returned to get the drink that I ordered there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience that it caused me or the error on their part. I?ve witnessed several people returning to the restaurant w similar issues. They clearly have no interes...
