So I emailed them to ask when they were getting soup and I was told they weregoing to try again on Monday. I was looking forward to trying Animo since there are few healthy dining options in the area. Unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The prices are high for the small portions, and the food was lacking in flavor. I felt it was a total waste of money! I ordered the Southwestern burrito bowl, but the rice was crunchy and it was quite basic—just rice, chicken, cheese, salsa, and about a tablespoon of sour cream. I was really disappointed. I also tried the white lightning protein smoothie; it was decent, but nothing special that couldn't be made at home. Healthy food options that genuinely embody the concept of health are quite rare, making places like this one a true gem. Their food and drinks are exceptional. They avoid low-quality seed oils and use extra virgin olive oil instead. All of their wraps are from Siete, making them gluten-free and vegan, perfect for those with dietary sensitivities. I used to go to Animo at least 3-4x per week, every week. Unfortunately, the customer service has seriously declined over the last 6 months and so has the food preparation. They allow you to order online ahead, however, when you do so they make yourorder whenever it?s convenient for them, not when you request it be ready for pick up?this means your drink sits there to getwarm. They also failed to make the correct $8 drink several times for me and when I returned to get the drink that I orderedthere was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience that it caused me or the error on their part. Suspecting an issue with their Grubhub ordering system, I called Animo to let them know. The person who answered suggested that an item I ordered might be out of stock. After our call, I tried again by adding a salad and encountered the same error. When I explained I was trying to order soup, she said they’d need to contact Grubhub to fix it, but that would be too much trouble. I then asked if I could substitute the soup for something of equal value, but my request was declined.
Following this unpleasant experience—something I’ve never encountered with a restaurant before—I tried ordering a different item, but the error persisted. It seems Animo Juice no longer values their customers.
I've order from Animo a few times now, and I love it! I like ordering online before I leave to pick it up. They are always prompt and have the food waiting when you arrive. However, the food isn't prepared so far in advance that it is cold when you pick it up. I love the amazing selection of theit burrito bar. I especially love that they have vegan options for some favorite foods (i.e. vegan queso). I also love their whipped bananas! I feel like I'm having a real treat, and it is so health for you. I highly recommend Animo, especially if you are vegan or gluten free. They do a great job!
This place is over priced without much flavor to show for it. We paid $2 for 2 sides of sour cream which is outrageous and yet necessary because the burritos were so bland. I feel their prices don't reflect the quality of the food but instead paying for Haddonfield rent. Id recommend adding some spice into the burritos or something. Nonetheless I won't be returning.
Loved the ease of ordering, the quick service and the delicious food. We weren't rushed out and had a relaxing time. Great place to eat and enjoy some yummy food!

Salad with actual flavor and a variety of textures. Definitely something hard to find when I eat out, and the smoothie tasted fresh too. Hope to go back!
