If you’re in the East Rutherford area, Annabella’s House of Mozzarella is a place you don’t want to miss! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming. We started with the calamari, and it was amazing—crispy, tender, and served with a flavorful tomato sauce that hit the spot. For the main course, the Pollo Campagna was incredible. The chicken was so tender and packed with flavor, and the artichoke sauce made it even better. It was honestly one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while. The live music on Friday night was a perfect touch and really set a fun mood for the evening. Bill, our host, was super friendly and took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed...
The best Italian food in Bergen county. Pasta lamb shank mutz to die for! Homemade everything!! Billy and his friendly staff welcomes you at the deli window. When you enter in you get a giant whoosh of Italian smells of yummy. Keep walking into the bar and restaurant which is warm and cozy and wait for it!! Yes Billy has entertainment!! Wine and dine in!!! Tablecloth’s with cloth napkins!!! A must visit make a reservation to ensure your spot!! Oh don’t forget dessert cheesecake is smooth creamy. Tiramisu for gettabout it!!! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wished that my favorite local Italian deli sold frosty cold ones to wash down that prosciutto di Parma sub. “Hold my beer” says Annabella’s (pun intended! , a deli with a full bar and sit down restaurant. On this late Sat night, I enjoyed an entree, the delicious chicken vodka parm over linguini. Mozzarella made in house and pasta perfectly al dente. Over the past 3 month's I've eating just about everything on the menu at annabella's house of mozzarella. From walking in the restaurant and the smell of amazing homemade Italian food to the desserts..not to mention the past the deli with the homade salads n specialty s then to get to the bar with all the well crafted cocktails and amazing service. This was my first time to Annabella's and I was pleasantly surprised. The food, service, and atmosphere is exceptional. While walk-ins are possible, for dinner I suggest you get a reservation. Very disappointed. Service was very slow. We 're party on 2 and it took more than an hour for our food to be served. We were so disgusted, we did not even eat the food. The manager came to us and said there is a show thats why the food took so long. No apologies whatsoever. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Service and atmosphere are very good. Owner Billy was very friendly. The food was excellent and prices were reasonable. Topped off dinner with a cappuccino and homemade tiramisu . This is by far a good place to eat.
