I went with my girlfriend for a nice meal out. She liked her cocktail. Mine, a “monkey jam sour,” had a diet soda aftertaste. We ordered shrimp cocktail $15 for six shrimp, but pretty good). We then each ordered a medium-rare burger. When our burgers both showed up VERY well-done, we sent them back. We were told we couldn’t have medium-rare burgers due to Virginia health code. As I’ve been in restaurant management for 12 years, I know this to be utter bull. Maybe they pre-burn their burgers instead of cooking them to order. I had the side salad and the risotto balls. The salad was different in a great way and the red vinaigrette was home made and great. The risotto balls were creamy. My friend had the fish and chips. I tasted her dish. The fish appeared to be a frozen version and appeared and tasted greasy. The fries were good. My friend loved the fish and chips, so you will have to make your own judgement.The service was excellent!!!! I do recommend it.

Two friends and I came here for Sunday brunch. I had the omelette and it was delicious. Stephanie is a great server and she even offered us sample soft serve margaritas which were amazing! I definitely plan to go againFood: 5/5

This is an enjoyable little place for lunch. I always get their quiche and soup and its very good. Service is pleasant and efficient. A/C. Didn't seem to be working too good last visit but hopefully that was fixed.Food: 5/5

I had Margareta ice cream! We sat at the bar chatting with friendly staff. This frozen delight was raspberry/lemon flavored served in a lovely cocktail glass and savored slowly with a spoon. Thoroughly enjoyable!Food: 5/5
