This is not Great Neck specific. Been to several ACP 's in last several weeks. One thing is consistent. Quality has gone down hill. It is not the chain Anthony founded and got popular. Now private equity owned the formula has changed. It is now just a higher priced ho hum pizza place. Vibrancy is good but why pay a premium for mediocre food. Contributing to the decline the staff seems less enthusiastic. Poor morale manager turnover in evidence too. I have been a long term fan.
