Anthony's Coal Fired (they use charcoal, not coal) is known for their delicious pizza. If you decide to dine at the Palm Beach Gardens location on a Friday or Saturday evening, be prepared for a bit of a wait for both a table and your pizza. The restaurant only has one pizza oven, which can cause a bottleneck during busy times. However, their fantastic pizza is definitely worth the wait. Despite being a premium pizza, the prices are not much higher than regular pizza. We tried using OpenTable to get in line before arriving, but it didn't seem to make a difference as other patrons were seated before us. It felt like there were two separate lines, so it's unclear if we actually saved any time...
As snowbirds from the NY & NJ area, we have a tradition of enjoying pizza on Friday nights. Anthony's Coal Fired is our go-to spot for delicious pizza on Fridays. We have been loyal customers for years. We like to sit at the bar and catch up on the latest games or golf matches playing on TV. The pizza is perfectly cooked, crispy but not burnt, and the sauce is incredibly tasty. We also tried the Caesar salad and meatballs parm, both of which were fantastic. The bartenders are friendly, professional, and make our experience even better. We highly recommend this place!
Awesome Pizza!!. This is the best pizza I've ever had... My family and friends are hooked since the first visit.. Love the atmosphere..Favorite is the Fresh Mozz with sauce and basil pizza.. WIngs to die for.. Broccoli Rabbe and Sausage side and the eggplant Marino of course...Great service...very attentive staff... Thanks Anthony's for being our favorite Friday night hangout...
I was disappointed to find out that my birthday coupon for a free pizza had expired two days before and the restaurant wouldn't honor it. We had just arrived in Florida and couldn't come sooner. Not a pleasant experience.
