I lived in Vernon for 25 years and I have to say normally I only write bad reviews .. But today I have decided to write a good review because of the impeccable service I received from Dave and his employees . I have tried everything in there at one point or another and not once did I ever complain .Alway had great service and great food .. But just like any other business there will be a mistake made at some point , especially being in business as long Dave has been there . So I called Dave and I asked him about my order and he even remembered the order .. He knew why and how the mistake was made.. unfortunately it was a staff member that made the mistake and I understood especially in today...
stopped at a Thurs night and the place was quite empty, waited at least 15 min before my order. ordered some wings, garlic bread with cheese and a pfeffer chocolate. the pizza and the brot were in order, but the wings were very underboiled, not bleeding, but the drums were pink, chewing and slim inside, these wings were not fried, not sure if they shut off their frit for the night and decided to bake them perhaps, but they were not at all good. I said the waitress that they were undercooked and I'm sorry I had spit it out on the teller, she apologized and said she would let it know. well, no one even recognized my complaint, I will never return.
Military/First Responder discount;Was told I need to pay cash in order to get military discount because it save on credit card fees. Why not call it a cash discount and provide it to all customers if that's the reason behind it. Website should either clearly explain this or else it's bad business practice in my opinion. Will gladly take this down once website is updated to explain the cash only part.
We moved away three years ago and have missed their pizza terribly. While we were here visiting for the Christmas holiday we stopped in for dinner. Even to know they are short staffed they still are taking care of us the customers. keep up the great job!
