I had not dined at this restaurant in years because the last time I had pizza from here, both my roommate and I got food poisoning. When I brought this to the attention of the owners, they became defensive and insisted that all their ingredients were fresh. While I did not doubt the freshness of their ingredients, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant and the risk of bacterial growth. Second bad experience at this place so it’s definitely my last. Walked in and the person before me ordered the same 3 cheese slices. They offer a cash discount and we got charged the same even though i paid cash. Okay then take your tip without asking. Walked out the establishment and the pizza was ICE COLD. It barely touched the oven during my visit and it looked like it was probably sitting in the rack for hours before i arrived. I am currently using my own oven to heat the pizza I paid $9 for. This place is half a block from my home and I would walk 10 miles starving before I order from there again.
Ordered food at 8:30 pizza and wings they told me it was on the way at 8:40 it’s now 10:30 and I have a starving 4 year old sitting here looking out the window waiting on food bc this place lied and never showed up after telling me it was on the way apparently there too lazy to drive a mile down the road before they close now I have no food and a 4 year old who’s starving asking where the pizza is that’s never gonna show up bc they can’t do their job !!!!!!!! I’d rate this place a negative 5 on the scale of anything don’t order from here at night you probably won’t get your food !!!!
Nice people, I been there a lot, I like their pizzas, my favorites around there, thin and crunchy jummy! Kid-friendliness: There are highchairs for childrens and it's in the corner of the block, so they can see what ever happens in there too.

This might have been the worst pizza ever. It was greasy and doughy. I also ordered the garlic bread with cheese. It was a large loaf smothered in unseasoned mozzarella. Tres leches wasn't bad but the meal made me feel sick.
We are Australian tourist staying in Guttenberg, we tried the cheesy slice the other night and were hooked....BEST Pizza's in West NY!!
