After spending all day in the ER at Mass General, my 3 gal pals and I were starving. I googled restaurants near me and found Antonio’s was a mere 3 minute walk. We were hoping to be seated at 4:45 on a Saturday and walked in without a reservation. Lucky for us the owner was standing nearby when we walked in and said he would seat us if we could be done by 6 as he had a party coming in. Yay for us!! We had a scrumptious dinner, great service and were out by 6 as agreed. Unfortunately, one of us did a face plant on the road that required a trip to the ER at the beginning of our day. This was exactly what we hoped for when we went on the hunt for an authentic little Italian place. The food was great, and while the place isn’t fancy inside, it was very clean and our waiter was really awesome! I got the chicken spinach special with homemade pasta (the lemon garlic sauce was seriously kick-a and my hubby got the bolganase which we follow up with espressos and cannolis! Can’t wait to go back next time we’re in Boston.
Great food! Typical Italian/American food. Our starter of mozzarella, prosciutto tomatoes was excellent! Very fresh. My Chicken Parmigiana was very good as were my husband’s Spinach/cheese Raviolis (They tasted homemade). Generous portions. Small restaurant so the noise level was quite high. Not a place to go if you want a romantic dinner! However, the noise is people having a good time enjoying their food!!

Ate here with my husband and two children (10&12) after a day at the Museum of Science. The meal was UH-MAZING, the service was charming and friendly, and it was the best Italian any of us have had in too long. We stumbled in to this place out of sheer dumb luck but will definitely make this a stop again!
Very good Italian food. The eggplant was really good and the sauce was well balanced. The clams in white sauce were delicious, tender and well seasoned. The wine selection is not big but my red wine choice was pretty decent . Prices are excellent. Recommended if you are in downtown Boston
This was our second time at Antonio's, and the food, service, and atmosphere were the same as the first..... EXCELLENT!! We're looking forward to our next fabulous meal and the awesome service!!
