Have ordered from these guys before and thought their pizza was good. Placed an order for 7:30 pickup. My husband arrives at 7:30 and it’s already under the warmer. When we got home the bottom was burnt and the cheese was hard like it had been sitting for a while. We called the store just asking to get a replacement. Manager was very rude and told my husband it’s not his fault the pizza got cold on the way home. Ummm we order papa John’s on the OTHER side of town and the pizza is STILL hot when we get home. Rude customer service is a no go for me. I wrote an email, however haven’t received a response back not that I was expecting one). Will not be going back there anymore.
I had the worst experience tonight at the Wabash store. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. I was told that it would be delivered in 45-55min. I called them after an hour and was told that it was on the way. it was funny how, it arrived in 5min and that was how long it takes to get to my house from the store. the pizza was so greasy that the box was wet from the grease. It was so greasy that we couldn't eat it. The cheese sticks were also greasy. I called to complain and was told that it happens when you order thin crust. I always order thin crust and have never had an issue. I was only given a 50% off next order.
We were staying at a local hotel and saw this pizza being delivered to another family. From the delicious aroma to the mouth watering appearance, we knew we had to try it ourselves. We ordered an all meat thick crust, and an Antonio's special with thin crust. Both pizzas were piping hot, loaded in toppings and cooked to perfection! We've tried many pizzas in the area, but this place is the best! Prices are better than all other pizzerias around and the delivery was prompt. I would highly recommend this place.
My first time at this location. I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up at the drive-thru. I was early to get there and knew that I would have to wait but the staff there were so nice and friendly I didn't mind. As I set at the drive up window I could watch them working hard and as soon as my pizza came out of the oven it was cut, put in a box and away I went. Thanks again for such great friendly fast service. I will be back.

Worst place ever wasn’t even able to place an order due to them not delivering to my address never ate at this place, but apparently I never will because they can’t deliver outside of their area code. If one store is closed due to weather, then another store should pick up or whatever the other case may be, I had a substantial order that I was going to place with them
Food was delivered hot and ready, delivery driver showed up a few minutes late being the only driver (other driver walked out) for a Friday night on st patty’s day. That’s better then expectations in my book. Amazing quality food.
Pizza was ok. Asked for a special when ordering 3 large carry out and none was offered. Inside was dirty/worn and seemed chaotic
Always great food. Unlike many chain pizza places, the ingredients they use don't mess with my stomach.
