A buddy of mine suggested we're here for lunch today. I am not a big sushi type, but looking for the menu I was pleasantly surprised that they are not a trick pony. You have several other Asian style choices thank goodness. I went with the 9 dollar chicken Hibachi Lunch Special. It cam with fried rice, my selection of soup and vegetables. My friend got 3 different sushi rolls. They looked pretty big and didn't pay much more than me, so it seemed like a good deal. The food itself was very good. The hot and acid soup went down very easily and paired nicely with the chicken Hibachi dish. This place is special to me. There I took my girlfriend, the woman I want to marry on our first date. Food, service and speed are great. Servers are always friendly and seating are comfortable. They offer many different types of sushi, including Hibachi and other entrees. Parking is very easy and the building seems to be wheelchair accessible. I always had a great experience with Anzai, and highly recommend this place. I will update the review as soon as we get married!
The food was vey fresh and well prepared. The wait staff was not so friendly but the food was a star!
