Wir waren sehr konsterniert, nachdem wir die Ferien im Aparthotel Muchetta wegen einer behördlich verordneten Quarantäne nicht antreten konnten. Deshalb riefen wir an und wollten den Aufenthalt um eine Woche verschieben. Als ob die Lage für uns nicht schon bedauerlich genug war, gab es vom Hotelmanager noch eins oben drauf: Gleichgültigkeit gegenüber der misslichen Situation und nicht das kleinste Entgegenkommen bzgl. Verschiebung. Ganz im Stil, selber schuld, Aparthotel Muchetta nimmt das Geld und Adé. Dieses wurde auch 2 Minuten nach Info, dass wir nicht kommen dürfen, subito auf der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Take money and run. Für uns eine Adresse zum zukünftig vermeiden.

Silvia, the owner was always present and was constantly sharing details of activities to do, which are plenty, she was so nice all the time and handled all our concerns or questions immediately with the best attitude you could ask for, we did feel special. The pool was perfect, the water is really warm and inside is warm too, exactly what our 3 year old would need, along with the play areas and the toys available. She learned how to bicycle during our stay

Fantastic view from the apartment of the picturesque Davos mountains. Room with possibility to cook. Since you can reserve the wellness area just for your family for one hour a day, you can enjoy privacy in the sauna, steam bath and whirlpool in peace and wellness visitors are spread out throughout the day thanks to this arrangement. The perfect hosts for families. Anything you were missing in other hotels, they have it. There is a huge playroom at the top of the hotel, the minibar features milk and the restaurant has a basket full of bibs. For dinner, kids can eat at the buffet while adults dine on a menu or a la carte.

Tolles Hotel für die Skiferien. Sehr freundlich und gemütlich. Hatte fast alles, was wir brauchten, auch mit Kindern. Das Wellness Bereich ist klein, aber gut.
