visited here New years eve, by default, our first and second choices were full. a member of our party suggested here. Firstly, the server was good given the circumstances that she seemed to be the only one doing anything in the place! Slow slow service from start to finish. Food mediocre to poor. Burnt appetisers, dry tasteless ribs, wrong items cooked by the kitchen and then when they finally got it right, steak cooked rare instead of well done! Some of our party ate the house special steak, which seemed to go down OK, but still not sparkling..The atmosphere in this restaurant was akin to eating in my garage at home! no music playing, no cheery new years eve joy - nothing! it wasnt as if it...
I was visiting in town and asked front desk at my hotel for a good reasonable meal. They recommended the best Pizza and greek in town is Apollo's. Service was a bit slow for a nearly empty restaurant, but take out was booming. Calamari and Greek salad were worth the wait. Disappointed in the pita that came with the meal. It did not taste fresh or home made. I would guess it was bought from Costco and not wasn't fresh. I have come to expect Greek restaurants to have nice thick pita that was still oven warm with fresh melted butter brushed over it. Dry, thin, store bought detracted from experience.I would still order the meal as the calarmi was great and I enjoyed the salad.
Used to love the food! Eat here regularly. The food slowly started declining over the years, more and more processed cheap stuff. However the pizza was a staple. Amazing to say the least. Always a safe bet. Last 5 pizza buys have been disgusting! Horribly made. Lots of meat ends (first slice) on all of the pizzas. Less toppings. Not as fresh. Not consistent, like made by different person all the time. Big shame! I spent a lot of money here. After that many unsuccessful attempts I will not be back, and can no longer give this establishment my recommendation. Thumbs down these days pantelis
I ordered pizza to go last night for my visitors from out of town. Normally we have a great quality pizza but not so last night.After a 45 minute wait beyond the original 30 we got home to burnt over cooked pizzas. Am pleased to report that after my initial call to let them know, the owner called me to apologize and offered to make it right on our next order. Book a table now
The owner refused to serve us because of my husband's service dog. He is a disabled first-responder with PTSD and the dog is fully certified. Not only that, but the owner told told my husband "there's nothing wrong with you"! Disgusting. Boycott this place.
Very good service from start to end. The salad bar was fresh but somewhat limited in choices. The meals were good with large portions. Nice place, good atmosphere.
We took the parents here for dinner to celebrate a birthday. The service was not very good. Food was average. We were disappointed.
