POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We arrive and waited 10 minutes to been seen to. We had pre booked our table. We were then seated upstairs and can say we were forgotten about. It took then a further 20 mins from being seated to have our initial drinks order taken. We ordered all our food with our first drinks as we knew they were busy/short staffed. We then waited an hour for our starters to come. 2 hours for my wrong main course to come. At this point I refused to eat or wait anymore. The rest of the party ate and when I refused to pay full price they got augmentative and quite intimidating. We settled on a price that was still too much for what I actually ate. We had an amazing takeaway on the Friday before Christmas. The restaurant sounded really busy when I phoned but the quality of the food was still excellent. The curries we ordered were all different (not like the similar sauce bases you get in other places). It was delivered on time and was delicious. Highly recommend.
Food here is absolutely perfect and the service and staff are all very nice my personal favourite is the chicken afghani (pictured) absolutely lovely. Very disappointing, ordered a takeaway brinjal Bhaji only to find it was 90% potato. Checked the order that was correct and also the lid stated brinjal bhaji so clearly they thought they would get away with the substituted cheaper ingredients. Not happy.
been here many times, my go to indian by far the best. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to eat! they also deliver if you ring them up.
