Service was quick. I really appreciated that this establishment had physical menus rather than having to scan a QR Code with you phone to view the menu on you cell phone. I got the Lime Chicken with Spanish rice, it was so good. My husband got the Bourbon Bacon Burger with fries, he said it needed more of the bourbon sauce, they only gave a dot of sauce in the middle. So it was dry. My mom had the Classic Cheeseburger and said that it was dry as well since it came with no condiments. I had a top shelf long island iced tea with my meal, it was delicious. This visit to Applebee's felt a bit different from before. The manager didn’t stop by to greet us as they usually do. I also noticed two hostesses at the front spent quiet moments on their phones instead of sanitizing menus. It seemed odd that several different staff members handled our food and napkins. Our server apologized for the delayed drink refills, explaining she was busy with a large party that came in shortly after us.

It's Applebee's— the food is pretty good, and the service here has always been reliable, which is a definite advantage. The atmosphere is what you'd anticipate from an Applebee's. Honestly, there's not much to add. If you haven't visited this location, you've probably been to a similar place under a different name. You sit down, enjoy your meal, maybe feel a bit guilty afterward, and leave a fair tip because the service is solid. You leave knowing you'll probably come back.
Our server was so so beautiful and omg she delivered world class service to not only us but all the tables she was serving….. Then my eyes caught her name tag… her name was Heaven. She is truly which I can confidently say Heaven on earth. Lucky is her manager that she is representing the brand. Keep up the wonderful work:

The food was excellent tonight—couldn’t have asked for more, and it was definitely worth it. I hadn’t been here since my last visit in September 2019, over two years ago. We initially stopped by for a quick meal, but since it was my girlfriend’s birthday, we chose to enjoy a late celebration dinner.
Is Alfredo sauce THAT expensive? If I'd have known the dish would barely have any sauce (i'm being generous because I couldn't tell the sauce was there at all), I probably wouldn't have ordered something with a name indicating it would have a sauce on it but didn't really.
I had a wonderful day out with my son and daughter at BFL. The service was excellent, the food was hot and fresh, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend that you come and try it for yourself; you won't be disappointed!
Food was good, waitress was good, all was good. Except for that we wanted a booth ww could watch the game from, there was hardly anyone there at all and they refused to accommodate the 6 of us
