The only thing Good about this place was our server. She was such a doll. I was taught you eat what you are given. If that had not been so imbedded into me I would have returned the food after the first bite. I ate about half my ribeye which was covered with black pepper. Worst steak ever. Idk how to mess up broccoli but they did. The potatoes tasted like instant already made potatoes you buy at the store. I wish I had stayed home. Now the appetizers are something to rave about. Best cheese sticks I've had in a long time. The chicken tacos OMG. A bit spicy for me but it was soooo worth it. Wings I could do without the barbeque sauce but it was still good. As a DoorDash driver, I've had some frustrating experiences at this restaurant. They often provide misleading estimates on how long an order will take, which is unnecessary since we can always decline and pick up the next one. The last time I was there, the staff assured me that my order was almost ready, but it ended up taking an additional 20 minutes. Meanwhile, I had another order from a different restaurant sitting in my hot bag getting cold. If they had simply been honest about the wait time, it would have saved me 20 minutes and spared other customers from waiting for their food and receiving it cold. It's quite ridiculous. The steak my wife ordered was not cooked as ordered (med well), we had to ask for it to be cooked more. Fresh coffee (supposedly made fresh) wasn't fresh. The waitress was very nice and did a good job. The big issue we had was the special, it was Veterans Day and I was supposed to get my meal free. However, they never once said, nor did any menu or advertisement state, it had to be from a special menu, so they tried to charge me for my meal. We ended up talking to the manager. She said it was company policy. I advised her that it did not state anywhere it had to be from a special menu, so she went ahead and adjusted the price. We will probably go back some day, but it will be a while.
Went here the other night and waited 40 minutes for an appetizer! There were only 3 tables in the whole restaurant that were occupied. This was at 8 so 2 hours before close so no excuse for such slow service. The service was horrible and very slow. They had plenty of servers sitting around and talking at the bar area. The food was okay not great. My friend has a gluten allergy and the staff would not make gluten free options even though they were displayed on the menu. Don't eat here unless you want slow service and not great food.

Walked in at 9:00 and was told a server would be with us. Waited 15 minutes for a server then another 15 for our drinks. Keep in mind, there were only 3 other tables occupied. Ordered food after getting our drinks, and didn’t get our food until 10:45 when they close at 11. When food finally came out it was clear the plates had been sitting under the warmer forever. Hamburger bun was crispy, fries were soggy, salad was warm, and the plates were too hot to touch. Paid way too much for the experience that we had.
michelle was a big server she was sweet and attentive and friendly that was amazing and the apmosfer was so great. I hope that next time I come out of me is my waitress and makes me fantastic drinks. I think applebees is back on the rise I hope they come to apple and see this beautiful fantastic waitress that makes applebees great again thank you very much that you are great. love her service
Was great food for our first 2 delivery orders. The last 2 delivery orders were not even eatable. Burgers were extremely raw. We always ordered for well done NO pink. Didn't receive my drink. Fries were cold and most were not even cooked all the way. Received 1 refund on our last order, minus the delivery driver's (Uber) tip. Uber Eats delivery driver also was another issue.
You have a manager Jolene. She is the best hands down! So attentive to her guests and her staff. She is so caring and checking in on everyone making sure they have a great day at work as well as the guest are happy! The food is always great when we go in which is weekly by the way! We will keep returning!

The service was so slow. I think they were understaffed but it took probably 30 minutes to get any drinks. The food was below subpar. Our waitress was doing the best she could but my party and I will never be returning here. very disappointed.
