Additionally, when we requested a to-go container, our waitress promised to bring one but never did. We eventually had to ask another waitress for help. Overall, this restaurant is poorly managed and seems indifferent to customers' needs, with an unfriendly and inattentive staff. If you're looking for a pleasant dining experience in Jamestown, NY, I would recommend avoiding Applebee's. The experience left much to be desired.
We visited this restaurant six days ago and were extremely disappointed. The food was not only unappetizing, but the waitress was also unfriendly. We had to send my son's wings back because the barbecue sauce was burnt. They brought us what they claimed were new wings, but when we got home, we realized they had just repackaged the same ones in a to-go box. We won't be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I can't believe I paid nearly $6 for such a tiny smoothie! It was ridiculous, and unfortunately, it didn't taste good enough to justify the price. They also didn't provide any utensils, which was frustrating. Additionally, I don't understand why there's only a small price increase for a 6oz steak but a nearly $6 increase for an 8oz. What’s going on with that? Please get your act together, Applebee's!

The chicken was undercooked, and the shrimp wasn't fully cooked either. The only positive aspect of my meal was the mashed potatoes!
