Wonderful experience! We went on Veterans day and they were very busy but the staff had it under control doing a marvelous job of greeting people, seating people and serving people. They were under alot of pressure but worked with smiles. The food came out very quickly and was so delicious...yummm.Our server Kiara was very sweet and attentive and Cassie at the front door is an amazing person. So bubbly and busy yet caring. Great place. Great food. Great people
We waited a while to be acknowledged when we first arrived, but it was clear that the manager was the one who finally seated us after finishing up with another table. From that point on, everything was fantastic! Our waitress was excellent, and the food was really good. Just a heads up: bring a sweater! The restaurant is dressed for Florida, not for Applebee’s! But isn't that the case with many restaurants?
We just visited the restaurant because we were really hungry. Our previous experience hadn't met our expectations, but this time was different. Gina was incredibly pleasant, got our order correct, and our drinks arrived at the table in just a minute. She was personable, friendly, and very courteous! We will definitely be coming back!
We had the best experience we have had in a long time. We had dinner at Applebee's on Eastbay and the service was great our food came out fast and our drinks stayed full. Thank you Gina for making sure we always had everything we needed. Going out to dinner has not been good experiences lately but you definitely changed that! Book a table now
My family and I ate here after Our wedding ceremony. Applebees was able to sit all 28 of us in a timely manner. Our Waiter was amazing at getting our orders out in a timely manner, He had great Customer Service. The food was really good! My husband and I will definitely return when we come back on vacation.
crates is the best! everything came timely. she regularly checked us to make sure we are good. her professionalism was just excellent. I want them every time for my bartender/server. I wait for her table or section or grab a place right at the bar where she is.
I wanted to eat Tuesday night with my Mil, Hubby and the kids. Service was great! Home a few left overs and my husband ate my MiL sandwich well tried and found a cigarette in a sandwich. When we called the GM David Carey, he blamed us. WTH! Incredible
Came in with the husband for dinner and even though they were short staffed, the manager Dave came through and was running food, sitting tables, and bussing!! He deserves a raise Applebees!!! Book a table now

"Nice view, great staff service and food was good. Fried peppers were great, not too hot but tasty. Rum bucket was fun; grouper nuggets, gator bites, calamari was average. French fries were better than expected. Recommend the Mahi Shrimp Platter as awinner."
