Applebee's Grill - Table reservation

Never received order. Waited for an hour and 1/2 for curbside pick up, even went in to see if order was ready. Made 2 attempts to get food because I am not from here. When getting directions from their website, it took me to Round Rock. Called the location to try to get the right directions, the personnell who answered told me they wasn't from here either. All around horrible experience, especially when you had a family going in to emergency surgery and you just wanted to grab something quickly to eat.

Ended up going here only because we didn't feel like waiting 30 minutes to be seated at the Chili's next door. Boy are we glad we ate here. Jack (and his trainee Zack) took our orders and they were the nicest waiters we've had in quite some time. The burgers were cooked just as we requested, they came out in short order, the fries were hot/crispy and seasoned just right and everything tasted delicious. We'll have to make Applebee's a more regular stop in the future.

It was great! I was expecting a long line since it was Thanksgiving but the crowd was light and I was able to get a quick seat for my party. The service was friendly and they server was very relatable. I enjoyed my meal and happy and satisfied. I recommend this location. It is right off 35 and easy to jump back in the highway after a meal. Good location for families.

The servers were great but, the food was awful!! The ribs tasted like they were cooked yesterday and warmed up. The fish batter was uncooked and slimy inside. We should have known it was gonna be a disaster when we arrived and the parking lot was empty and they had a help wanted sign outside. $55 for that dinner?Never returning to this location again. Ever!!

Just had drinks but bartender was friendly and prices wasn't bad. Would go again
