Let me first say I hate to write negative restaurant reviews with personnel and delivery questions, but this place is so bad that I want to save others from experiencing this place. The first picture is a handwritten list of 15 articles that do not have this place that this geeeetted you at the front door. Unfortunately, it wasn't almost all they even made. The place is knocked down, dated, dirty and just gross. Floor dirty, tables dirty, literally mold and ketchup hand prints on the wall next to our stand, ceiling tiles fuzzy and almost black (not its intended color). Don't sleep on Applebee's! Visited the location in Casselberry during the area and decided to stop for lunch. Welcomed by smiling employees and sitting immediately. I ordered the grilled chicken bangton tacos, French onion soup and the grilled Oriental Chicken salad and everything was delicious great!! Justin M was my server and delivered nothing less than 5 star service. Thanks Justin for maintaining quality people skills, for the excellent service you have provided, and for my overall experience very pleasant and fill. I will definitely return!!
Outside dining seemed closed. Servers not wearing masks. They were nice but all seemed very new to their job. A lady carried our drinks over from the bar, three glasses, with her hands with drinks sloshing around and plunked them all on the table. Not professional. They were out of most of their food due to no availability, which was understandable. The food we did get seemed okay. Everything was just very mediocre. No need to go back.
The food was good. Service was EXCELLENT. I didn't like celantro in the Koleslaw
