I was there with two friends tonight. Will never go back. Nancy, the waitress was terrible, she was thin with red hair n ponytail. Very bad service. She wasn't pleasant, dinner took 30 minutes to get out, they don't give any more free bread. Steak was hard like carpet. Potatoes were cold and broccoli. My friend sent a letter to Applebees' CEO. We haven't had a good tip since she didn't deserve it. Very rude. Only we asked for the end of the meal when we needed something. Very bad service. She said if we want breadsticks, we have to pay for it. Never back. I heard Texas Roadhouse has a lot better food than a better waitress. Apples should be ashamed. This waitress should not be a waitress!!!!
Baby back ribs were very good. At a time when it is difficult to have sufficient staff, it is expected that you have to wait to sit. Once we had our table, the waitress Mia was very personally attentive and the service was excellent. Rick, the manager, checked with us how we thank the choice of Applebee. Very nice gesture. A suggestion: I think you should play that? Want that? Song once an hour. It appeals to all generations!
We asked to change tables. They were quickly accommodating. Food was good and hot, fresh. Place was freezing!!
