I had a fantastic experience at this location! I've previously visited the one on Ulmerton in Largo, and it was terrible. It's surprising how a chain can have such great food and service in one place but not in another. Anyway, this location was outstanding. The waitress was incredible, and the food was delicious. I ordered the bourbon street steak, which was cooked to a perfect medium — highly recommend it! My husband tried the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, and he loved it too. Overall, we were very pleased!
The service was awful. Our waitress took our drink order and then vanished for about 15 minutes, until the bartender had to ask someone else to bring us our drinks and take our order. The food was good, but we noticed a tile in the back section that was leaking. I didn't think much of it at first, but while we were waiting to pay, water started dripping down. I can honestly say this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had, and I won’t be returning.
I met a friend at this restaurant, and I found it to be quite affordable. Ha Le K is an amazing server, and they really brighten up the experience when you visit! We never felt rushed and truly enjoyed every moment of our time there. They have drink specials and an all-you-can-eat option. A big thank you to Ha Le K for their friendly and cheerful service. It's also kid-friendly, with a diverse children's menu.

Food was fine, but we noticed a ceiling tile in the section behind was dripping. Didn'tthink much of it until we were waiting to pay and the tile fell. Can definitely say it was one of out worst dining experiences,and will not be back.

Everything was excellent. It was late, and we had a challenging day of travel. Rickey, our server and bartender, was fantastic. She ensured that our food was tasty and our drinks were expertly prepared. This was our first visit, but we will definitely return.
The food was excellent! The service was a bit slower than usual tonight, possibly because they were busier than usual with staff available. However, our meals were very good, and we had a baby with us who enjoyed his food as well.
