If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip first. It had cold spots throughout and the chips were stale. Then had to wait an overly long time for entree’s when the restaurant was mostly empty. We shared the Southwest chicken bowl and it was so bland. Took a couple bites and gave up on it. Thank goodness we each ordered a soup on the side. The only good thing I have to say is the Tomato soup and the French onion soup were actually pretty good.
Chicken sandwich was excellent and my father's mac n cheese was some of the best he'd ever had. That said, the service OK, she was pretty busy so it's understandable. Atmosphere not so great. You can definitely tell times are tough on this chain. Missing fixtures, a little dirty here and there and got some reason, they don't put the sugars/sweeteners on the table. We had to ask our already busy waitress for it for our iced teas.
Had hamburger all the toppings were the ends the tomatoes the onion the pickle kid you not the end pieces, the fries horrible like all leftovers from previous order O will not be going back,just want you to know what lazy cooks no pride in presentations of there food
Food was good, but hard to get staff attention when they're busy. It wasn't a big deal i just wanted hot sauce for my ketchup, but by the time the waiter came back, I had decided to just go without the hot sauce. Book a table now
My burger was burnt. I ordered medium rare and then was told when I told them it wasn't medium rare that they are not allowed to make medium rare. Why ask then ?
Food was outstanding and even though we were there during heavy lunch hour rush our service was tops by an excellent, attentive wait person.
We had a ball 4 adults 3 children ate for $57 bucks, it was awesome our server was great and so was the food!
