My husband and I often dine at the Applebee's restaurant on Jericho Turnpike in North Hempstead, and it has become one of our favorite spots. Right now, they have a fantastic special: two people can eat for just $25, which includes one appetizer or two salads—both of which are quite flavorful. The main course options consist of either a chicken dish or a steak dish. We've tried the grilled chicken served with a delicious cheese sauce and topped with crispy fried onions, accompanied by mashed potatoes and broccoli. The hosts and staff were welcoming and did a great job decorating the interior for the holiday season. Despite being busy, judging by the packed parking lot, the staff were efficient and provided fast service. Not all places have such a good teamwork. Thanks to the management and staff. The menu is regularly updated and the chefs aim to please with delicious dishes that cater to a wide range of tastes.
The restaurant offers delicious food, including simple classic burgers, bar food, and amazing appetizers. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. They also have a bar that offers great Happy Hour Specials. The only downside is that the children's menu includes dessert for $5.49, but there is a hidden $3 fee when you order dessert for kids.
I always give this restaurant five stars. I went there for my birthday with my husband and as always, Applebee's did not disappoint. The food and drinks were fantastic, just like always. Our waitress, Liznette C, was so friendly and made us feel welcome. It was my husband's first time there and he loved it too.

The restaurant was very busy because of the Super Bowl. It appeared that they were somewhat overwhelmed.
