The waitress made us wait forever to pay our check. Got up and started to leave which she saw and still took forever to get there. When she finally did come over hubby said she walked around talking to everybody instead of getting our change back. I was in the car by this time.. tired of waiting. Now I'm adding to this review. We did car side to go paid extra for the riblet platter, got no coleslaw. Then was brave enough to go again, was told the straw was in the bag,, no straw, got home and realized the dessert i paid for was not in the bag. When if ever, will they get anything right?
Orderd our food took along time to get our main plates.... the mashed potatoes were refrigerator cold and the broccoli was cool the steak was to be medium but came out hard over cooked no pink even .. the 2nd steak came out under cooked some but choose to box and bring it home. No managers to the table but to kept going going over to the table by the bar that seemed to be known by lots of staff pretty sad to experience that at a restaurant
Went in to get appetizers right before closing and sat in the bar area. It was very clean and we had the best bartender/server u could ever have! She answered all our questions and was very nice to be around. Our food came fast and was very good. Thank u to the bartender Katie and Applebees for making this a great experience! Our waitress was very Very friendly and was on the ball like they should be. She had brought our next beverages before we ever asked. She was very attentive to the other tables as well.
